These faucets require only one hole to install and a deckplate may be added to conceal unused holes. The high-arc spout conceals a retractable head with stream and spray functions. The stream function is a continuous, gentler flow for tasks like filling glasses, rinsing delicate produce like berries, and handwashing. The spray function concentrates the flow of water into a pattern of narrow higher-pressure jets ideal for heavier-duty tasks like filling pots, rinsing root vegetables, and washing pots and pans. The main spray head in the high-arc spout of Pull-Down and Pre-Rinse faucets is supplied by an extended braided nylon hose. This allows the head to be maneuvered into ideal position for various tasks then retracted back into the spout when not in use. The braided nylon provides physical reinforcement and chemical resistance to ensure a long service life. The high-arc spout on Kingston’s Pull-Down and Pre-Rinse faucets offers 360-degree rotation and can be maneuvered while the water is running or shut off. The rigid exterior spout can be rotated out of the way when moving pots in and out of the sink, to direct the flow of water to one side of the sink, or to extend the sideways reach of the pull-down head while in use. Kingston’s Pull-Down and Pre-Rinse faucets feature ceramic cartridges. These cartridges offer exceptional leak- and drip-resistance as well as overall durability. These cartridges can also be readily replaced to extend the overall life of the faucet after installation.
