Product Description BEVRLink 4 Channel Relay with 4 manual test buttons 12V The BEVRLink 4 Channel Relay with 4 manual test buttons 12V is a versatile and reliable relay board designed for use with the BEVRLink system or directly with different single-board computers including but not limited to Raspberry Pi, ROCK, ESP32 and other microcontrollers. With the 4 pcs manual test buttons, you can easily test or operate your system. The Relay has more functions and features compared to cheaper relays and has a high grade of reliability. The product comes with a QR code on the packaging that you can scan to access tutorials and examples to get started with Python, ESPHOME, Arduino Managers, 3D models, and other instructions. Relay features Compatible with BEVRLink Manager Boards The manager board is explicitly made for some of the most common SBCs such as Raspberry Pi, ESP and more. On top of this board, you put your SBC and then easily connect it to the relay with the headers. All will then be correctly wired and addressed. Compatible with Most Single Board Computers and Microcontrollers For example: Arduino Raspberry Pi Rock Odroid Asus Control the relay in many ways We provide instructions to control the relay with: Home Assistant ESP Home Arduino Python BEVRLink web control Power Supply Compatibility 12V/2A, plug size ID 2.1mm OD 5.5mm (not included) Relay Channels 4 Manual Test Buttons 4 Communication SPDT-NO, NC Connectors Spring clamp terminal block Mounting Hole Size Diameter 3,3mm I2C Address 0x20-0x27, user selectable Optional Pull-up I2C 4.7K Compatible Microcontrollers Raspberry Pi, Arduino and most other Single Board Computers and Microcontrollers Maximum load current AC 10A/250V AC, 10A/125V AC Maximum load current DC 10A/30V DC, 10A/28V DC Wiring examples available for the most common SBCs and Microcontrollers Scan the QR code on the product packing to find all documentation. If you are not using the BEVRLink Manager boards you can also connect directly to the really with jumper cables. We are providing examples of how exactly to connect for the most common boards.: Raspberry Pi 4 B, Arduino Uno, Arduino Mega, Arduino Leanardo, ESP 32, ESP 8266, Raspberry Pi Pico and Beagleboard black. The BEVRLink System An example of what a connected system might look like The system is modular and many different types of BEVRLink relays can be connected in long lines. Other compatible Accessories (NOT INCLUDED) Cases and Din Rail Clips For optimal installation, utilize BEVRLink cases. Their steel construction ensures that they can be securely interconnected. The cases come with LED Pipes for external indication. Note: Din Rail Clips are exclusively compatible with these cases. Extension Cables & Power Supplies Connections between manager boards and relays, or even between two relays. It’s specifically designed to accommodate space-constrained setups, enabling you to create more versatile installations. Experience the freedom to arrange relays beyond the confines of a single line. Unlike setups, where relays are connected in a linear sequence, our extension cable empowers you to break free from these limitations. Manager boards (SBC/Microcontroller adapter boards) The BEVRLink Manager HAT has the following main purpose: Quick connect and all pins are automatically connected right between the microcontroller and the Relay module. All pins will be correctly addressed. The BEVRLink module provides power to the Manager board and the single-board computer, no extra cables are needed for the single-board computer.
