DESCRIPTION This lovely red Burgundy was fermented in stainless steel and aged for 12 months in 10% new and 90% neutral French oak barrels. It has a textbook nose of fresh cherry and subtle peppery spice that continues onto the medium bodied palate with juicy generosity. A silky smooth texture follows on the finish of just right acidity. This is a vibrant, alive Pinot Noir that shows surprising presence and balance at such a young age.
