Steps to Download the WiFi and BlueTooth Driver Use a browser to visit the “FENVi” driver website(please see the search bar at the top) (FENVi is a well-known wireless network card manufacturer and we have obtained their sales authorization). Type “AX3000R” in the search bar and click “Search” Select “FV-AX3000R” in the search results and click it. The first column is the latest version of the driver (with more complete functions), and the second column is the stable version of the driver (with more stable operation). Trouble Shootings To experience the BlueTooth function, please connect the USB 9-pin cable that comes with the package to the USB 9-pin interface on the Motherboard. If there is something wrong with the WiFi function, Please check whether the device wifi is recognized by the computer in the device manager. If the network controller with a yellow exclamation mark appears, please install the wifi driver. If the driver is installed, the yellow warning is still displayed. Please right-click to Update, and select the driver file path that have been downloaded to manually update. Please check whether there is an M.2 hard disk on the motherboard, which may cause a hardware function conflict. M.2 hardware in parallel channel needs to be unplugged. Please check if the antennas connection is fastened. For some AMD motherboard computers, you may need to enter the BIOS to set some options for pcie. Set the PCIe speed to Gen3 (Auto, Gen 1, Gen 2 and Gen 3). Please turn off the built-in wifi when using on a desktop PC if your desktop PC has built-in wifi function. If the maximum speed of WiFi cannot reach the advertised maximum theoretical speed, or unable to recognize or slow wifi speed after using for a period of time, then you can try different things by swapping out different pcie slots (pcie×16 is available). Please note that it has nothing to do with the quality of this adapter when you can’t get the maximum speed. The network environment, router, barriers, laptop and PC ‘s internal memory…the interference of many factors can affect the speed.
